Extra hygienrutiner
We clean all the mats after using them. As well our Poles.There is a sink in the Studio where you can wash your hands anytime.
Begränsad kapacitet
We train in small groups, so everyone got enough time on the own equipment. As well there is more focus on safety. As the coach has more time to help every person in the class. Classes with no gymnastics equipment (like Stretching Classes) are open for more people.
