Extra hygienrutiner
Water in cold plunges undergoes daily Ph testing to ensure industry standard levels of cleanliness. Water is drained, refilled, and treated numerous times per week based on Ph levels and weekly usage.
Begränsad kapacitet
Each of two contrast therapy zones (cold plunge, infrared sauna, and seating) has a capacity of 2 people. Classes have a capacity of 10 people.
Kontaktlös incheckning
When you arrive, simply give the attendant your name. They will direct you to your reserved zone and give you a quick walkthru of the space and amenities.
Policies för utrustning
Thick yoga mats and half bolsters are available free of charge for classes. Please bring your own towel and a swimsuit for the cold plunge. We will provide small towels to step and/or sit on in the sauna. Surf ponchos are available for those who want to cover up while lounging between rounds.
