The class was very lower body focussed using 6-10kg dumbbells - some parts were extra difficult (e.g. having to hold a squat with the weights in hand), but having different components to the class ensured that no exercise got too repetitive. Would totally recommend this class if you want to challenge yourself with heavy weights in a fast-paced atmosphere (would suggest having a snack beforehand so you don’t feel faint during the class!). Also, I wish I could get the bike at some point as the row machine is brutal.

see all reviewsReally great class, friendly and inclusive group. Instructor was really supportive and works you hard. The class is split in half, everyone gets a brief water break at the halfway point - you work hard for 15 mins and then again for another 15. I would highly recommend, oh and it’s in the lovely outdoors so you even get some friendly local dog visits which help the workout 10/10.
