visa alla recensionerWhen I walked in, someone told me that this was the friendliest gym in LA. I must say that I agree. The class was well organized, with three 12-minute stations, which each had their own set of exercises written on a whiteboard. The instructor was really friendly and supportive, as were the other folks in the class. At 7am, there was also free street parking. Would highly recommend.

The gym is highly equipped with all the best stuff that money can buy, I think this is gonna be the biggest hit in Los Angeles so you should get in here quickly.
