With her help, I knew when I was doing something incorrectly & I could deff tell the difference when she corrected my form!

It’s clear she’s experienced and knows what’s she’s doing, fire playlist, it was challenging but in the best way, also very happy that she cued chizle moves to the beat (which I haven’t experienced yet at the studio) overall loved the classs and want to do it again :-)

At face value the place looks intimidating and the class was big but you break off into sections. I also let them know it was my first time and George would periodically come over to me

The studio changed their policy with ClassPass users having to bring their own mat and towel or be changed $6 to use theirs lol kinda silly when the whole class uses them, and also the no water thing is wild too. And all of the instructors and therapists I’ve had are excellent. For massage, Shi & Nazra are two of the best bodyworkers I’ve ever been to. Both are warm and very intuitive and every massage I’ve had with either of them has been hugely beneficial.
