visa alla recensionerEnjoyed this class in a beautiful studio. It was a very relaxing space. The class had a good flow - more vigorous than Yin, but more relaxed and slower paced than other classes. Only feedback I have is that it would be helpful for the instructor to give hands on adjustments, especially since the class is focused on alignment. There were only 5 students in the class so it wouldn’t been too difficult to do this. She should have at least offered commentary on our alignment, even if she prefers not to do adjustments.
