visa alla recensionerThis was my first class on my own & it was so fun! The poses helped stretch my body in new ways & settle into some stillness that’s hard for me to do on my own. I enjoyed how Jennifer explained what certain poses did the the body and other fun new knowledge. The ambience was really soft and nice to help me to relax and be present.

Since I’m new to yoga, it really helped me learn and follow along. The front desk staff also gave me a tour and was so kind and welcoming. The space is beautiful, clean, and has such a great vibe. ✨

visa alla recensionerAlisa is the best yoga instructor I’ve been come across. I have taken dozens of classes all over LA and this is by far my favorite. She really is passionate about yoga, the body and mind. She also plays the ukelele and a beautiful short song at the end of the class. I love it. 100% recommend :)
