I’m still recovering from a twisted ankle that’s been sore for almost two weeks, and she was so thoughtful about making sure I could still participate and feel comfortable. She came up with modifications on the spot, gave me multiple options, and checked in in a way that made me feel really supported rather than limited by my injury. I’m just starting to regain confidence in my body after not being able to work out for a while, and her approach honestly meant a lot. I never felt out of place or like I shouldn’t be there. She made me feel included, capable, and cared for throughout the class. Such a kind, attentive instructor and exactly the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. Thank you Ann! 💛

visa alla recensionerLoved my reformer Pilates class at Body Shop Studio! Tolu was an incredible instructor super welcoming, motivating, and attentive throughout the entire class. The workout was challenging in the best way, and I left feeling strong and energized. The studio is also such a vibe! It’s clean, beautifully designed, and has this really cool artistic energy that makes it stand out from other Pilates studios. There’s also a genuine community feel that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Definitely adding this one to my ClassPass favorites. Can’t wait to take another class with Tolu! ❤️
