I love the green it feels like you’re in Costa Rica. Everyone from the the front desk to the instructors are so nice. They also have the cutest little Frenchie at front desk 🐶 to welcome you. I took Roya’s Arms class and it was the best toning class, I’ve ever taken. I found my new favorite workout spot 🤩 and can’t wait to try all the formats they offer. 1000% recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Multiple different light settings so you can customize your experience to your needs. And the cool peppermint towel at the end was the perfect touch!
