At first I wondered if the workout would be too much of a beginner level vibe (based on foundations title), but this was definitely advanced-beginner or intermediate! Good challenge and good sweat sesh. Studio aesthetic is on point and the locker room and bathroom area is a nice touch especially if you need to freshen up after class.

I’ve gone to another business like this and although I got my sweat on, Drip Box has definitely won the prize for being the overall best experience I’ve had thus far with Infrared Saunas. Taking the breaks between to drink water and stay hydrated is something I’ve never done in the past. Maybe it’s just something that became a requirement over time since the beginning of saunas?
