visa alla recensionerThis was my first time at Yoga Soul. I really enjoyed this class. I am recently rekindling my journey with yoga as I haven’t done it properly since lockdown. Therefore I thought this would be a good class to ease myself into it learn more about myself. This was spot on and Kate was extremely supportive, informative and witty. She made the class fun, enjoyable and engaging. I really switched off from the world which was my intention that day. I will definitely be returning. The space itself is cute but the facilities feel slightly run down and not as clean as I hoped. Very small lockers too. I think it just needs a little bit of TLC.

visa alla recensionerI absolutely love the yoga classes at 3Tribes and have been coming for years. The teachers are fantastic. But the classes more often than not finish 5 mins or more late, which in the morning makes it a bit stressful trying to get to work on time when you’re already trying to squeeze a pre-work class in. And therefore it’s also hard to relax during savasana. It kind of undoes all the relaxation of the class. It would be great if classes could finish on time.

Great music and the instructor was entertaining and challenging. The studio is clean and bright and easy to find. Plus good shopping and a smoothie bar around the corner!

A nice warm welcome from Dan the instructor settled the nerves. A nice clean studio with a calming atmosphere. The session was amazing! Dan guided us through the different techniques and stages. Great to be given the flexibility (pun intended) to work and push to our individual experience and levels, especially for me as it was my first ever session and my body was really tight and immobile. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing session. Yoga is definitely a way of life for me now and YK is the perfect venue. Thank you Dan and Yoga Kula. Outstanding!
