Thought the running around was a bit dangerous as there was loads of gym equipment on the floor we had to hop over, and I knocked in to someone else when we were told to go in the other direction. Very flowy sequence with a nice short holds which I appreciated as this was my first time doing hot yoga and I'm glad I didn't pass out 😆. The studio is nice. you are given towels and the receptionist was lovely. great experience all over.

A nice warm welcome from Dan the instructor settled the nerves. A nice clean studio with a calming atmosphere. The session was amazing! Dan guided us through the different techniques and stages. Great to be given the flexibility (pun intended) to work and push to our individual experience and levels, especially for me as it was my first ever session and my body was really tight and immobile. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing session. Yoga is definitely a way of life for me now and YK is the perfect venue. Thank you Dan and Yoga Kula. Outstanding!

I like the selected poses but I think there was a lot of Shivasana at the beginning and at the end and we could’ve had room for maybe one more really good pigeon or something to really make a soft chocolate mousse out of us.
