She is very knowledgeable, I appreciated the recommendations she provided as they felt thoughtful and tailored to my needs rather than generic suggestions. The treatment itself was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep a few times. I arrived with a headache, and by the end of the session it had completely eased up. My skin was glowing afterward, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and genuinely well taken care of. I've had many facials and spa treatments over the years, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend booking with Shalini.
