    Renelyn is probably the most personable Pilates instructor I’ve met. Expresses getting to know everyone in the class keeping their injuries and/or limitations in mind. Great energy, easy to follow and helps to make corrections along the way. I don’t know if it’s reformer in general, but I never feel warmed up. Overall great class. Loved the space and mood lighting. Got a good stretch after class.
