So perfect for someone who is used to/ loves the gym but with a pilates twist. We focused on hamstrings which was SO good & unique, & I’d love to try another one of Lauren’s classes to check out her ab series. The instructor was so welcoming and lovely, constantly showing you the different exercises as you do the sets, since they are lumped together it ensures you don’t forget them!

Her positive energy and friendliness made such a difference — even when guests were arriving late and being a bit disruptive, she handled it with so much kindness and grace. I also really appreciated that she adjusted the lighting — I usually find it a bit harsh at Elle, but she dimmed the front lights and it made the experience so much more comfortable. I genuinely wish she was on the schedule more often — I’d be there every time!

The workout itself is amazing, leaves you shaking, and she's very good at going around to ensure proper form and to give you that little boost of confidence.
