Daytime Aerial 1
visa alla recensionerI had an amazing first class trying out aerial. Instructor Mac was great and really attentive. Made the class less intimidating. Didn’t realize why they had ginger candy all around because you’re upside down 80% of the time! Felt a little lightheaded after so I would suggest not doing this before work or anything important. Would definitely want to try it again though!

visa alla recensionerMaryna is an incredible instructor! I’ve taken pole classes elsewhere, but her approach stands out. Shes really good at explaining each trick and keeps an eye out to correct your form and body positions! She also gave me some safety tips, along with targeted exercises to strengthen areas where I need it most.

visa alla recensionerNico is an absolute angel! We had a smaller class so he went through some basic building blocks with silks and a good stretch beforehand and after, and was really intuitive about what to show us. GOOD TO KNOW FOR ATTENDEES: I would definitely recommend that people have a basic upper body strength (can do a pull up) and have leg and hip mobility (can easily lift your knee to and above hip height) for this class, even though it says beginner it is to your (and the instructor and rest of the class)'s benefit if you have that basic strength. ALSO if you're brand new to this, go in expecting to struggle, it's part of the fun!
