    Really enjoyed the studio - cool lights, mirrored ceilings are awesome, free towels are very generous. Great class too, you’re able to challenge yourself a bit more than normal Pilates! Adam is a great instructor. Music was a bit meh - the covers aren’t very good and Ed Sheeran wasn’t really the vibe for the class. Also no one asked about injuries. But besides that - loved it and would go again!

I’m completely unfit and sometimes these gyms can look intimidating, but the N Sydney gym was very friendly and encouraging. All the machines are new and work great with a good variety between cardio, resistance and a barbell weights room. The people working there are always nice and welcoming.
