The group were also very welcoming . Some more experienced than others but still a very nice vibe and everyone was still able to follow the routine . If you are looking for a way to birn some calories learn some new moves and have fun I highly recommend trying this class

She’s clearly a professional dancer and she’s able to pitch it at just the right level for teaching, to make you feel you’re actually dancing.and not just exercising. It’s also a great workout. Calorie burning! I’ve been to some of Sarah’s other classes and they’re all brilliant. Her passion and personality are infectious. She’s creating a real community, so welcoming and so much fun. These classes are also on at Crouch End Fitness Centre I’ve realised. So glad I found them. The pavilion class is a total bargain and the venue a quirky delight.
