I’ve been coming to Saori’s classes since 14 weeks and really enjoyed her style which combines gentle stretches, breathing and more dynamic flows which have made me feel I haven’t completely lost my strength, esp in my third trimester. They were taught so well that we picked them up easily and got plenty of time to dance to them enough to the music. Some had a little experience and most were complete beginners so it was nice to dance in unison at the same time and pace. Yeehaw!
