visa alla recensionerGreat class. I loved the balance between vinyasa and yin yoga styles. The class is busy and everyone arrives nice and early to chill and prepare for practice. The instructor was clear that this is our practice and we can listen to our bodies and do what our bodies ask for. Really lovely positive vibe and energy. Hope this instructor does more classes!
