visa alla recensionerThe class was not as hot as the typical hot yoga class, which is nice for the 60 min duration. This specific class there wasn’t much of a warm-up and we got into some more difficult poses and lifts pretty quickly, but it was still a fun yoga class, just not necessarily the introspective and quiet class that you might expect from a typical yoga flow. Great way to chill out on a friday night!

visa alla recensionerSuper fun! Renvil is so nice and welcoming, and gave the class a positive focused atmosphere. If i lived here i’d attend regularly, it’s a solid full-body workout that you can adjust to any intensity with varying weights. I loved his pop playlist too hahaha

visa alla recensionerChela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

visa alla recensionerMary Kate was very welcoming and the studio was so cute! I really enjoyed the class. It was upbeat and fast enough that I didn’t have time to pay attention to the 55 minutes passing. It was a good work out but simple to follow along. While it is beginner friendly I felt that my knowledge of basic work out positions and yoga positions was essential to follow along as the pace of the class didn’t allow the instructor to give individual feedback frequently. I will absolutely be coming back!

visa alla recensionerGreat instructor, clear cues, awesome music. She said she was newer but I wouldn’t have known. I do wish they wouldn’t let people into class late, as it is disruptive. Unless they’re going into the back row (or actually follow instructions the whole class…), it’s too much. Overall lovely flow though and perfect balance of heat in there

visa alla recensionerMegan’s form cues and science were solid — you can tell she’s knowledgeable and intentional about what she says while leading class. She also provided space, without judgement or restriction, for us to make it more challenging or modified depending on what you needed (which was good for a mixed level group). Note: it’s not the most challenging class, so if you’re looking to break out major sweat and hit 2nd stage muscle — it’s less effective in that sense but it was honestly just the workout I needed for a Sunday reset on a fatigued day.

visa alla recensionerEmma was an excellent instructor — she explained everything clearly and also demonstrated moves very well. She was really encouraging and kept me motivated while at the same time made me feel comfortable going at a pace/with the weight level that worked for me. I also liked that she called out how much time we had left for a given exercise, counting down at the end - I find this really helps me push myself as I know there’s an end in sight! 😅 Definitely recommend!
