She always chats with the class like we're her friends just hanging and jamming out while also weaving that into encouragement. She puts a smile on your face even when your legs are burning. Big fan of her and this class!

visa alla recensionerDid a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

visa alla recensionerA GREAT CLASS. My legs were shaking at some point and thighs burning! I got a great workout in. Kelly is a great instructor in terms of energy and kindness. She was willing to stick back and answer questions about proper lift form as well. The class may be intense for those new to lifting and the pace quite fast, but even though it was my first time there, I felt accommodated as Kelly offered form variations, there was no judgement in taking a small break or moving down a weight, and I found comfort in the fact that the class was very diverse in age and ability! The energy of the class was unlike one I've seen before: everyone was trying their hardest to push their limits.

visa alla recensionersara was delightful! i was lucky enough to join a small class, which allowed her to personalize the routine specifically to the needs and interests of the attendees. she introduced some moves that i hadn’t seen before in a vinyasa practice, but approachable and effective. and sara’s preparation and explanation was so good i even got my first inversions!!! i’ll be coming back, no doubt 🥺

visa alla recensionerGreat studio and an excellent class! Katie was lovely, she’s welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. Heads up; while it might give thr impression that the Wednesday class is beginner friendly, the spinning here is definitely not for beginners, be prepared for a workout!
