However, our instructor was very patient and helpful. The two hour lesson was very beginner-friendly. Our instructor took time to explain to us how to do the different yoga poses and she checked if we were activating the correct muscles. It was a really fruitful session! We didn’t even know we could activate so many different muscles in one session. I prefer this style of teaching over the other classes that I have tried whereby instructors just rushed through the poses without correcting our posture. Thank you instructor!

She also taught me a lot about how to properly style my hair, including techniques for drying and blow-drying to help minimize hair fall and frizziness, especially with Singapore’s humid weather. I learned so much from the session. Overall, it was a really good experience and I definitely recommend Hanalab. I’ll for sure be coming back!

They don’t hard sell as if you have bad flaws and need products to get better. You can feel the beautician always put in so much effort, I love it. Every session I’m able to relax and leave happy. Maybe just a small improvement would probably be less interruption to the beautician. Hahaha

But the other staff were calling him “teacher” so I assumed he would be good. He definitely is very knowledgeable and skilful. The massage was very different from what I normally get, it felt like a TCM session and though it was painful at times , I felt looser and more relaxed after. Though TCM is not something I typically believe in I do feel like it helped me with my muscle soreness. Would recommend Bai 👍

Therapist really went above and beyond and spent a loooong time on extraction which as the person on the receiving end was extremely torturous, although she did apologise at the end for causing so much pain even though I paid her to. 🥹 shoulder massage was amazing; face massage had to be skipped due to the condition of my face post-extraction. 😭 big ups for no hardselling. My only gripe is their bed is the smallest I’ve encountered (am UK 8 for scale) so it was a bit hard to relax without fearing rolling off the bed.
