Place is nice and clean. Therapist really went above and beyond and spent a loooong time on extraction which as the person on the receiving end was extremely torturous, although she did apologise at the end for causing so much pain even though I paid her to. 🥹 shoulder massage was amazing; face massage had to be skipped due to the condition of my face post-extraction. 😭 big ups for no hardselling. My only gripe is their bed is the smallest I’ve encountered (am UK 8 for scale) so it was a bit hard to relax without fearing rolling off the bed.

I showed her a picture of roughly the hairstyle I wanted. While I chose a more normal sort of style, she upgraded the normal cut to a Korean style haircut - I ended up with a much more stylish hairstyle than I expected!😍 On top of that, she even helped to curl my hair for free so I could see how the new style looks like!!🥹🤍 She gave me advice on my hair and there was completely no hard sell! Genuinely the best salon experience I’ve ever had and would highly recommend others to drop by!🥰
