Lo is a great instructor, just the right amount of hype and pushing, and encouragement. The instruction before the class even started for me and other newbies was very helpful and the others in the class were super-friendly and encouraging too. Looking forward to going back!

visa alla recensionerJorge was an amazing coach and instructor! Even though it was my first time there, I felt welcomed and his energy was just so positive and warm. I loved the class; we warmed up with jump ropes, he taught us some combinations and footwork and then we rotated through 5 stations and also had individual ring time with him. Thank you so much for making this newbie feel welcomed, Jorge!

Everyone was super welcoming, and the coach was attentive, answered all my questions, and took the time to teach proper technique. Amazing atmosphere, great workout, and beginner-friendly. 10/10 recommend, I’ll definitely be back!
