I guess this is a personal preference but I like adjustments to be made when I’m doing something wrong and I feel like I spent a lot of time looking around wondering if I was doing it right. I also noticed others looking around too but it could’ve just been a new move none of us have tried! Overall got a nice slow workout in. Will probably come again!

visa alla recensionerGreat class. Strength and mobility is 2 circuits of strength training with lots more stretch time compared to the 4 circuits in the strength class. Just what I needed to slowly ease back into strength training after time off. The stretches at the end felt great!
