visa alla recensionerThis was my first experience with this specific class. I found the class to be enjoyable, and the teacher's energy was impressive. The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

visa alla recensionerI love Vaishali”s class! I was lucky to be the only one in class so she took the time to correct my technique, and we got the chance to practice more advanced poses. He usual flows are good too in terms of pacing and level of challenge. This will be my usual Thursday evening go-to :)

visa alla recensionerMatt is my favorite instructor at Platefit. I will endeavor through AM traffic to get to Brentwood for his classes. My drive is 52-58 min for this 27 min class. You may think ohh crazy, but I’m pointing it out because it’s that good. Plus the lymphatic drainage and mood that you’re in for the rest of the day is worth it. FYI: TRX class is a modification to what I expected but it still whopped my a$$. Playlist is fire and he’s very experienced and quick to scan the room to check for form. The minor hands-on adjustments are always respectful and they make a big difference! I don’t know why I start laughing when my muscles get to failure but at least it’s a fun time while I’m suffering. Many of the attendees are regulars or, like me, have booked through CP and keep coming back to it. Cherry on top: parking is validated for 75 minutes.

visa alla recensionerI was intimidated coming in, but Erin is a friendly and incredibly talented teacher and invited openings for questions and personal adjustments. I've taken class at Playground and 1) not beginners friendly, 2) way too long of a drive in LA traffic! So thrilled to have discovered Dom as a west sider wanting to get more into heels / floor / pole and nurture my feminine. Will be returning and sending friends!
