POWER YOGA
visa alla recensionerSabrina is an excellent instructor! Her classes are always fun and engaging. She really encourages you to try new poses and offers helpful corrections when needed. I love that she constantly changes things up, so it never feels repetitive. The variety of poses she includes is much better than other classes I've taken, and it really provides a great challenge. I just wish the strength and cardio classes next door were scheduled at a later time so they didn’t overlap with yoga. The music can be distracting when you’re trying to meditate.
