visa alla recensionerI’ve taken many classes at this studio but prefer the classes / instructors with more led flow vs where we flow together once than once on our own. It’s too hot and sensory overload for me to ever remember on my own so I very much appreciated this instructor leading majority of class. Excellent

The one thing I’m wondering if they clean the mats after each class - it doesn’t feel like it there’s always like crumbs or things on the mats and I think if they aren’t going to clean them, they should have participants wipe them down at the end of each class for sanitary reasons.

More and more gyms need to value and prioritize this! My only issue is, unfortunately, it’s way on the other side of town! FITSTOP — please come to the East Side of LA! Burbank, Pasadena, DTLA, Atwater, Los Feliz, Glendale… If you build it, we will come!

Was a nice break from Pilates - if you have done barre or other sculpt type classes you’ll pick up the moves quickly. Putting on the props takes some getting used to, but they add to the challenge of the class. The instructor had great energy and was motivating throughout the class! The studio was clean and the music was great. Will definitely be back!
