visa alla recensionerAbby was amazing and lived up to the megaformer hype. Her energy was so warm and kind and her routine was super spicy and challenging. I was on fire but she gave plenty of modifications incase a move was too much which I appreciate cuz not everyone is at the same level. Her cues really helped me to feel the move deeper in the targeted muscle group. Can’t wait to take her class again!

The studio space itself left much to be desired - very bare bones, older machines and didn’t seem all that clean. No space to put your shoes/stuff so you had to put it on the ground which felt weird for a studio space. Also the location brings a bit of a crowd on the street around which is tough
