visa alla recensionerLove Tina! You get out of the class what you put in. People stop before the circuit ends and use light weights or have bad form. Don’t be one of those! My one dislike is that people wipe the equipment after use and then you are slippery or have bad grip for your round.

visa alla recensionerThis class was a great full body workout! I usually do lagree Pilates and the movements in this class were extremely similar and for a better credit value. Music is quieter which is more peaceful but could also hear all my grunting haha.

visa alla recensionerI think that was the first time I actually enjoyed reformer Pilates! Patrice was fun and helpful throughout the class but never overbearing. And the workout was challenging but not impossible. Will definitely be back!

Going into it, I didn’t know what to expect bc I’m not a Pilates type of person but I was blown away with all the different moves that target different muscle groups that we don’t use in day to day or general HIIT workouts . Harrison is amazing and explains each move very well! His playlist was also 🔥❤️🔥.. deff recommend !!

visa alla recensionerKelsey had a great energy! She held a challenging class that utilized all the equipment which I loved. She could improve on the way she cues/sets us up. There were many times I didn’t know what we were doing. Or she’d assume because we did it on one side, then we’d know the other side and we weren’t in the right position. She is new to the studio and she was confused with some people being on one side and it being on the left side while the people on the other side were on their right. She put our equipment away which was great. And she definitely had a challenging and fun full body , good Pilates class!

visa alla recensionerGood workout and instructor is full of life and sure to put you in a good mood. Only suggestion to the gym like others mention on here - is for a timer to be incorporated. You have 30 seconds stations but no timer you just have to keep eyeballing the clock. It’s a small gesture that will go along way for clients and help us focus better
