Great heat & humidity and mindful of all of us the entire time with the flow and the heat and humidity. Will be back and recommend this class to all practicing levels. Awesome studio thank you.

visa alla recensionerFirst time taking this class and absolutely loved it! The ambience of the place was very inviting and I loved how safe and peaceful Kayla made it for us. Great for all levels as you she encouraged different modifications for what made you feel comfortable. The candles and sound bath elevated this experience for me and I will definitely come back again.
