visa alla recensionerThe Center is such a magical, grounding space! This was my first time taking a yoga class here and my first time trying Kundalini yoga. Dayani is a wonderful instructor and she is a delight to learn from. Kundalini is quite different from your typical forms of yoga but I enjoyed it. It involves breath-work, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement. It helped me to create more openness internally and loosen my body. After the class, Dayani offered to pour us some tea which was so lovely. I would highly recommend coming here for yoga, tea, community, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back!

visa alla recensionerJane is amazing! I have always heard about her but have never been able to take her class due to my work schedule when I was pregnant. Finally now at six weeks postpartum I am able to experience her magic. She is so good and knowledgeable with postpartum fitness. She also had a special assistant to help with Taking care of the babies. This is completely optional for Moms who would like extra help so they can focus on their practice. Jane even offered to measure my diastasis recti to test my core. At the end of the class the babies have their own yoga segment, which is a great bonding experience for Momma and Baby.
