visa alla recensionerMaurice is a dream instructor: I have an injury and he helped me find exercises that were still challenging but didn’t aggravate it. You can tell he’s very genuine & great at motivating a group without being too agro. Flagship is kind of an intimidating space, but there’s usually one or two people who are helpful. Luckily in Maurice’s classes that person is him!
