visa alla recensionerI liked the variety of moves in the sequences. There were a lot of compound movements which I personally like. They also had a wide range of weights which is very helpful. The heat was challenging but not impossibly hot. Overall, I’d come back to this class again.

visa alla recensionerI liked Barry’s creativity. He had a wide range of moves including some that I had not seen in a prior YogaSculpt classes. He had a good heavy glute sequence and I enjoyed his playlist. I would be willing to come back to his class again.
