visa alla recensionerI liked the variety of moves in the sequences. There were a lot of compound movements which I personally like. They also had a wide range of weights which is very helpful. The heat was challenging but not impossibly hot. Overall, I’d come back to this class again.

His voice is really soothing and the meditation aspects he brings help calm my anxious mind. I'm sad Divine is closing down, but I'll be following him to other spaces!
