visa alla recensionerChris is THE BEST thing since sliced bread… And that’s saying a lot because I’m foodie 😋🍞 In all seriousness, there aren’t that many skilled instructors who take the time to instill over 30+ years of instruction while making sure you are executing the proper form and technique, even when that includes modifying it to your level of comfort/recovery/skillset. I’ve seen all kinds of individuals in her class and she sets a precedence; All are welcome and everyone is treated with respect.. She deserves that in return. Come prepared for the workout of your life, surrounded by instructors who care!
