visa alla recensionerI had such a fun time at this aerial yoga class! Hannahsita was an amazing instructor.. so encouraging, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable, especially as a beginner. She explained everything clearly and created such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

visa alla recensionerThe class was amazing! I was expecting more melting into the mat “restorative” and we started with a lot of standing poses and strength work, so be prepared for that if you come - but by the end of the class I felt very relaxed and well. Valerie was a great teacher.
