see all reviewsI booked a massage for the day after running a half marathon and it was such a good move. I could barely walk when I was heading to my appointment as my legs were so sore and tense. The massage was painful of course, but I noticed the benefits immediately after and felt significantly less sore, and even better the next day. Aly is a great communicator and checked in with my pain level throughout, but we agreed that I would tell her if it was too painful to tolerate. I felt so comfortable and like she really cared about my experience. I will definitely be back next time I have a race or even to try their other offers! Highly recommend!
