I was super nervous about my first time as a muay thai beginner (and I'm not really in shape), but Ronin was so patient and great! Had a lot of fun and will definitely be back. :)

    Yoga

The class was nice. I liked the yoga studio. The showers felt kind of creepy. There’s no way to lock the door or see under the stall to check if someone is in there. Also the dividers between the stalls are see thru glass. It’s like open shower vibes but they spent money putting up the glass for like no privacy benefit.

Fight Fitness Locomotion With Coach Nicole

If I could give more stars to this place I would!! Coach Nicole was AMAZING and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable with my body. That also made me easily make friends with the other girls in class. 20/10

    Boxing for Beginners

Amazing class I highly recommend it for anyone who’s looking to start boxing.Donal really breaks it down and really teaches the foundations of the movements and why we do the movements. Also extreme sweat! which to me is a great thing always.
