It’s beautiful, inviting, simple yet sophisticated and transports you to a space that really allows you to unwind and be present. The class itself was well-paced and easy to follow though challenging. I will be back and can’t wait to try their sister studio!

visa alla recensionerI absolutely loved this yoga class. Normally, I’m more into Pilates and not the biggest yoga person, but this class completely changed my mind. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, stretching, and strength training, especially for the arms. The atmosphere made it so easy to really switch off, reconnect with yourself, and fully relax while still feeling like you got a great workout. By the end of the class, I genuinely felt like a new person. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
