visa alla recensionerIt was my first class at this lovely studio with a warm welcome by Ian and Hailey. It’s Christmas Eve and I almost had a private class! I loved the changing room (it might be tight in rush hours) The practice room was spacious with all the equipment. Not so positive : I could hear the teacher next door - which can be disrupting at some point. But my focus was on Hailey’s cues and she gave a nice sequence increasing body heat in a gentle way. I will return to try out different classes and enjoy the chill out room.

It was definitely one of the most challenging classes I’ve taken in awhile, but I appreciated all of the options for modifications. Beth was really attentive and caring, and encouraged us with countdowns and cues. I would definitely come back again!
