visa alla recensionerI wasn’t entirely sure what to expect but I loved the experience I received. Upon entering, Olin at the front desk was welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me a tour, explained the differences between infrared and steam saunas, and walked me through everything in the cabin. Then I just chilled and watched Bridgerton as that sauna DID WORK. I sweated and felt nicely detoxed when I left. The place was quiet and relaxing, and the overall experience was pleasant. Definitely would recommend!

This wellness center has a sauna, it’s like one of the kind you could technically put anywhere - AKA it’s not like built into the building, and I walked in, they lead me to the room with the sauna and after my session I left and that was that! Super simple, there aren’t a lot of options in the further north Dallas area so I’ll likely be back here when I’m in town!
