visa alla recensionerAmazing class! Gave my body a good stretch. Holly is so awesome and such an open person and gets you to loosen up. If you join this class you do need to be ok with physical touch. Holly comes around and may fix your position sometimes or give you a gentle rub. I swear her aura is so strong cause every time she would touch me I would get tingles and feel so relaxed hahaha. She was a masseuse in the past so that helps too. Cold Eucalyptus towels are provided near the end of class as well which are so refreshing!

There were several teachers in attendance but instead of feeling intimidated all were so comforting and welcoming. Could tell the vibe is much like a family. Loved it! Will definitely be back for many more classes 🙏🏼
