I also appreciated that the instructor tried to explain the poses step by step, though at times the instructions were a bit hard to hear given the size of the space. Just to give others an idea, this class may not be ideal for beginners, so it’s good to note that. But overall, it was a really good stretch!

I wouldn't recommend this if you wanna learn choreography per se, because you need to at least be able to follow beats (and intuitively get dance moves like kick-ball-change and body waves and the like).
