I had a wonderful experience at Blanc and Noir. From the very beginning, the staff warmly greeted me and even offered me a drink while preparing the room. The therapist’s gentle touch made me relax and fall asleep almost immediately. She explained every step of the procedure beforehand and maintained a polite demeanor throughout. My only suggestion would be to add some relaxing music to enhance the ambiance.

I also had IV drip today, I just didn’t noticed that the needle is already in, Nurse Jan is really careful.
