He also adjusted the speed so we don't rush and really focus on specific targets ensuring goals are achieved.

Generally tho the place is cramped as it’s shared between those doing muay thai and boxing. Because it’s a shared space, barefoot muay thai practitioners are practicing in the same space as boxers wearing shoes.
