Would recommend coach Mark as he teaches proper form and repeats the moves until you get it right (it's just my 3rd muay thai training ever) Overall had a great sesh

visa alla recensionerLucky that my friend and I are the only ones who booked 7pm muay thai slot - coach John was able to teach us every step up the way. Generally tho the place is cramped as it’s shared between those doing muay thai and boxing. Because it’s a shared space, barefoot muay thai practitioners are practicing in the same space as boxers wearing shoes.

visa alla recensionerIts so goood. Coach Ipe was patient with me the whole time because i just got back to muay thai after many years. He fixed my form and gave me plenty of breaks when i feel like i am gonna pass out. Did two rounds in this session and that is an achievement!
