He really explains everything well with practical demos, and he adds some humor and practical self-defense tips too. It's so motivating and makes me want to keep doing it! It was also amazing to watch the other students who have been taking this self-defense class for a longer time.

As someone na may background sa boxing and taekwondo, he explains thoroughly yung differences nito and how i can properly apply strength and basics in Muay Thai. I had fun, it was not as intimidating as it seems kahit solo lang ako. The warm ups & stretches were appropriate for body conditioning. Thank you Valiant MMA and Fitness Gym! Thank you, ClassPass!

I also loved how everyone around me made me feel included, even though they didn't know me. The space was clean, and the mats were soft to fall on. It was an amazing experience.
