I was very rusty in terms of my ballet practice before coming to class, but Milka was incredibly succinct yet thorough in her instructions and cues. visa alla recensionerHonestly this gym far surpassed my expectations and I think I’ll probably sign up for a membership. They had a ton of equipment, every machine I can imagine. Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!

However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.

Found this mildly bizzare… also while dancing was fun, it was clear the instructor was a youngin’ all the moves required so much bouncing & weight on the knees. I sort of tweaked/mildly sprained my knee early on from which it never quite recovered. I know I sound so old writing this, but I’m a mere thirty! Very difficult on the joints. Not an issue I’ve ever had on the dance floor before!
