visa alla recensionerI take a lot of cycling classes, so this was a great balance for my cardio. We did a full body strength workout, with extra emphasis on upper body and core, which I loved. Chase gave a lot of modifications and options to take it at your own pace. I feel like this is something you can slowly build on and challenger yourself as you get better. I will definitely be back.

Parking was easy, they have a parking lot for the building and it was easy to find parking. When you walk into the studio, there’s no lobby; you walk straight into the studio itself. I borrowed a mat, most people brought their own. But overall, great class.

Once you get over the beginning scares, you’ll have fun in no time :) Instructor started class without checking everyone in- which confused me, but I was also fine with that! Everyone got into a spot and started mirroring the instructor’s movements. It was definitely a class for me to get out of my comfort bubble and sweat!

She made it easy for someone who has never really danced before, like me ;-; She points out what to focus on and how everyone can improve. Parking was also easy to find. I was able to park in the structure under the building. There were plenty of spaces on a Tuesday night.
