visa alla recensionerI absolutely LOVE this studio. It’s clean, spacious and parking is validated and easy. The only thing I would recommend for the class with Christian is sometimes it felt a little too fast paced. I’m all for a tough workout but I noticed with absolutely 0 breaks we would take 5 second rests during a set. Even if he gave us a “5 second water break, alright let’s go” it would allow us to complete the entire workout. For example, let’s say we do lunges on one side. 5 second break, then the next. When we were catching our breath, it was during the other side. I also may be nitpicking but I enjoy other classes when we get even a 3 second break. TY Christian I will definitely be back!

visa alla recensionerbest yoga class ive ever taken! super accessible and luisa was very thorough about what muscles should be engaged which was helpful for me due to my hypermobility. she provided plenty of modifications & prioritized ur body feeling good. 10/10 recommend and i cant wait to do it again!!

visa alla recensionerAbsolutely amazing class I can’t give it enough stars. Lihan is a perfect dance instructor with patience, good communication, and style. She is a master and brought out the best in my dance. Most of the class was taught in a foreign language but I could still keep up and I didn’t mind at all. This studio has some of the most excellence and talent I’ve ever seen. Definitely worth a try! Be mindful of your level so you can get the most you can out of class :)
