visa alla recensionerThis was one of the best yoga classes I’ve been to in the city. Low key almost didn’t leave a review because I want to keep it quiet but it’s too good. Elissa gave lots of hands on direction which was so nice and she really encouraged everyone in the class to follow their bodies and made space for that to really happen. It was so unique and wonderful. What a gem.

visa alla recensionerI like the slow pace of this class. Sometimes you just need a deep stretch and feel relaxed and that’s how I felt after the class. I also never took a yoga class with pillows and blankets. It was all new to me. I would recommend this class for healing and people who want to just take it easy with nice slow deep stretches.
