visa alla recensionerToday’s Body Balance class was my first time and I really liked it. The studio is a beautiful and pleasant space, and instructor Amber did an excellent job guiding the session. The movements were very good and the stretches were well led. I left feeling worked out but glad I went.

visa alla recensionerThe instructor was extremely helpful and kind to me. YouFit is lucky to have her as an instructor. This is actually not a yoga class nor did it start at 10am. I walked into the middle of a 9:30am Pilates Burn class. The listing will need to be updated.

Her routines are designed to keep you moving and work your entire body , everyone feel welcome. I also took Pilates with him and highly recommend both of these classes. Great workout and great atmosphere!!
